Location Cherryhill Manor is located in picturesque Cherryhill Township just off of Route 422, ten miles east of Indiana, Pennsylvania. The property includes 70 acres of grassy fields, a 20 acre lake, and 122 acres of pine and hardwood forests that are home to numerous types of wildlife. The grounds provide every opportunity for outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, boating and golfing. The golf enthusiast will be delighted with the nine hole golf course conveniently located and adjacent to the property. In addition to these individual activities, our staff activity director will plan group activities and outings, as well as parties for residents and families. Services Licensed nursing staff, assisted by qualified nurse's aides, provide around-the-clock personal care for our residents. Each room is equipped with a nurse call bell system. Our medical director and podiatrist are available for those who choose to utilize their services, but everyone is free to retain their own family physicians if they wish. Home health care services including physical therapy, speech therapy, psychiatric services, etc. are also available Wheelchair accessible facility vans are available to provide transportation to and from outside appointments. Rooms Cherryhill Manor offers private and semi-private rooms, each with its own bathroom and spacious closets. Each room is individually decorated to give it a "homey" feel. Ten of the rooms open onto a patio that leads to an English country garden, complete with birds, butterflies, and flowers that entertain the senses with the sound and the smell of fragrant blooms. The first floor houses a beauty shop, dining area, chapel, and exercise/game room. Dietary The dietary staff prepares three meals per day, along with an evening snack, that complies with each individuals dietary requirements, limitations, and preferences. The housekeeping and laundry departments provide cleaning and laundry services at no additional cost to the resident. Cable hook-ups are available in each room for those who wish to have their own television. (There is no additional fee). Telephones can be installed at the resident's request for a minimal monthly cost.
